Zafferano America Shipping Policy
Free US Shipping Lower 48 States for orders of $150 or more
Zafferano America offers Free Shipping (UPS Ground, USPS, or another carrier, at our option) on orders of $150 or more that ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Exceptions:
Orders under $150 will be charged a shipping rate based on shipping prices, which may fluctuate and vary by carrier.
Special order, oversized, fragile, and heavy items may incur a shipping charge.
Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Outerlying territories, APOs will incur a shipping charge.
Orders containing a mix of Cordless Lamp and Tableware Products will incur a shipping charge.
When applicable, shipping charges may be noted either on the product page, in your shopping cart, or during checkout.
Shipping Speed
Orders to be expedited must be placed before 1pm Eastern Time in order to be shipped the same day. If an order is received after 1pm Eastern Time, it may be processed the next business day.
Even when a customer purchases shipping with a stated shipping “speed” (such as “UPS two-day”), Zafferano America may at times take one to three business days to process and ship an order. Processing efforts are in advance of shipping times and your order may be processed before it is delivered to a carrier, even if you have purchased “overnight” or two-day shipping.
Quoted delivery times are non-binding and are not guaranteed by Zafferano America.
For Delivery within the Contiguous 48 United States:
Most orders are processed within 3 business days and are shipped using UPS ground. We also offer expedited shipping for faster delivery, which can be selected at checkout and purchased for an additional fee. Please write to orders@zafferanoamerica.com with your order number and request a specific quote for delivery speed.
For Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses and U.S. Territories:
For standard delivery, allow 7-15 business days. For rush delivery, allow 3-5 business days.
